We also aim to offer our users exclusive deals and free, instant and confirmed reservations at hundreds of restaurants.
2 How does the Best of the Brunch website work?
No user registration is required in order to use the BOTB website. Simply search through all of our restaurant listings until you find one that tickles your fancy.
On each of our restaurant listings you can find detailed information on the venue and in most cases make a reservation with instant booking confirmations. All you have to do is pick your party size, preferred date and time (subject to the live table availability at the restaurant) and in a few clicks you can have a 100% confirmed booking. What could be simpler?

4 Do I need to pay in advance?
No! Best of the Brunch does not collect any money from our brunch lovers. Our service is FREE to our diners and always will be. We pinky promise!
Simply make your table reservations through our website for free and then pay your bill in full at the restaurant on the day when you dine.
5 How do I amend a booking?
If you need to make any changes to your booking please contact the restaurant directly to discuss your requirements. You can find all of their relevant contact information in the booking confirmation email you received at the time of the booking. Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments on your behalf and please remember all amendment requests will be at the discretion of the restaurant and subject to their availability.
6 Can I cancel a booking?
Yes! We understand things can change and you can cancel your reservation right up to the time of the booking without penalty (if no card details were required). We do however ask you to be courteous and give the restaurants at least 24 hours notice wherever possible prior to the booking. Simply click HERE to cancel you booking
7 Do I have to give my credit card details?
In the vast majority of cases you will not be asked to provide credit card details in order to make a booking on our website. From time to time some restaurants may however ask for credit card details, in particular if the reservation is over a specific number of people in order to guarantee the booking.
If you have had to provide credit card details during the booking process the restaurant may charge you a no-show fee or additionally a cancellation fee if you do not fulfil your reservation without giving prior notice.
If for any reason you are unable to make your booking please use our online cancellation form or notify the venue immediately via telephone. You can easily find their contact details in your confirmation email.
Your card details will NEVER be used to pay for your meal and you will always have to pay the bill at the restaurant on the day.
8 Are my credit card details secure?
Yes. All of your information is fully encrypted using the most sophisticated technology and Best of the Brunch does not personally hold any of your card details. Instead they will be temporarily held on Livebookings secure server and deleted 7 days after your reservation date.
9 Is there a service charge?
As we are sure most people are aware many restaurants add a discretionary service charge to the final bill. This is up to the restaurant themselves and is out of our hands. You can rest assured however that Best of the Brunch will never charge you for use of our service through charges or any other types of fees.
10 Are brunch deals and offers only shown on your website?
Our breakfast and brunch deals are advertised throughout our website. However in order to make sure you keep up to date with all of our exclusive deals and never miss one of our exciting offers again please make sure you are signed up to our mailing list! This way you can have our deals sent directly to your inbox for you to browse at your leisure. You can sign up for our brunch email deals on our homepage, on some restaurant listing pages or simply by clicking the ‘D’ icon at the bottom of any page.
